March 2, 2015, Terre Haute, IN – Simma Software, Inc. announced today the release of their new high-performance LIN-Master protocol stack. This new protocol stack is platform independent software that provides unprecedented performance when combined with Simma Software’s LIN drivers.
Local Interconnect Network (LIN) is a low cost, serial network protocol used for communication between automotive peripherals. LIN communication is intended to complement the CAN network in vehicles. Simma Software has over a decade of experience in delivering CAN based software and hardware solutions to OEMs, fleets, and fleet service managers.
