May 31, 2011, Terre Haute, IN – Simma Software, Inc. announced today the release of their new high-performance CANopen protocol stack. This new protocol stack is platform independent software and provides unprecedented performance when combined with Simma Software’s CAN device drivers. This protocol stack was designed for automotive, industrial automation, and safety-critical medical devices. With this addition, Simma Software now supports all three major CAN protocols: CANopen, SAE J1939, and ISO 15765.
